Over the years, TCA has worked closely with the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI), whose programs serve more than 1,500 young Latinos annually, to promote Turkey as a study abroad destination to Hispanic American students and increase the number of Hispanic American recipients of TCA’s Study Abroad in Turkey Minority Scholarship program.
