TCA is NOT accepting new applications for the TCAdvance Program or the Robert C. Byrd Scholarship Program.
Since 2013, this program has been under review and no new scholarships have been issued while the program is evaluated. TCA currently has two other opportunities available for Turkish Americans: the TCA Annual Turkish American Youth Congress and the TCA Washington Summer Internship Program. We encourage those who are eligible to apply.
