Located in the Beyoglu district of Istanbul, the Research Center for Anatolian Civilizations (RCAC) welcomes applications from junior and senior archaeology, art history, and history researchers for this fellowship. Fellowships, which include accommodation, travel, and stipend, will be awarded to scholars in order to further RCAC research on various civilizations in Turkey from the Neolithic period through the Ottoman era.
Fellows must be proficient in English. They are also expected to reside in Istanbul for the duration of the program. Some senior fellowships may be granted on a semester basis. Fellows will be asked to devote full-time to their research and will be asked to give two lectures on their work during the course of the academic year.
