TCA is no longer accepting applications for the TCAdvance Program. Most recently, TCAdvance Scholarships were awarded to 10 Turkish American students for the 2012-2013 academic period during the sixth year of the program. Several of these scholarships were renewed for the 2013-2014 academic period, and one was renewed for the 2014-2015 academic period.
Each year, American students of Turkish heritage, who pursue a career in public policy, international affairs, media and law compete for the TCAdvance Scholarships. The TCAdvance Scholarship Program aims to cultivate a new generation of Turkish American leaders, who are recognized for their academic achievement and commitment to our community.
In addition to the 11 students who will receive the TCAdvance Scholarship for the first time, 5 former recipients from 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 who met the renewal criteria will continue to receive scholarships for the 2012-2013 academic year.
