The Turkish Coalition of America (TCA) in co-sponsorship with the German Marshall Fund (GMF) of the United States and the Turkish Industry and Business Association (TUSIAD) hosted a cocktail prolongé honoring former U.S. Consul General in Istanbul Jennifer Davis followed by a panel discussion on U.S.-Turkey Relations at the Cosmos Club in Washington, DC, on October 3, 2019. Over 60 people were in attendance with representation from across the U.S., including Turkish Embassy and congressional officials.
TCA Founder and Chairman Yalcin Ayasli thanked Ms. Davis for her positive contributions to the U.S.-Turkey relationship, GMF and TUSIAD for their co-sponsorship, and spoke about TCA’s programs promoting bilateral relations in the last 13 years, especially highlighting the importance of TCA’s Turkish American Women Leadership Initiative.
