The delivery of 22 tanker cars carrying AI-95 petrol follows a November agreement between the two governments and represents a concrete step in normalising relations after reaching a peace agreement earlier this year. Azerbaijan shipped petroleum products by rail to Armenia on Thursday, marking the first such export in decades and a tangible breakthrough in efforts to normalise relations between the two countries, officials said.
