TCA's Study Abroad Scholarships for Native Americans Featured in Winds of Change

TCA's Study Abroad Scholarships for Native Americans were featured in Winds of Change, the nation's leading Native American science and engineering magazine. Winds of Change's special College Edition featured an interview with former scholarship recipient Jacquelyn Spring of the Chitimacha Tribe of Louisiana, along with a TCA scholarship ad highlighting another former recipient, Josie Anne Green of Oglala Lakota Nation. Jacquelyn studied at Bogazici University in Summer 2011 while she was a rising junior at University of California, Santa Barbara. Josie took advantage of Bahcesehir University's tuition scholarships for African American, Hispanic American and Native American students during her Spring 2012 semester while she was a junior at Minnesota State University.
