In 2011, TCA launched its Türkiye Study Tour Grant Program to support educational tours organized by American universities to Türkiye. In the first year, four American universities received TCA grants totaling 12,500 USD.
Hanover College
Hanover College received a grant of 5,000 USD for a Turkish Economy and Culture Tour. The two-week trip in May 2011 brought 10 students to Istanbul and Bursa. Read More.

A multi-year recipient of TCA study tour grants, the Community College of Philadelphia (CCP) received its first study tour grant under this program, receiving 3,000 USD from TCA for a 10-day trip in May that brought 6 students to Istanbul. Read More.

South Dakota State University (SDSU) received a grant of 2,500 USD for a two-week tour organized and led by Dr. William C. Briddick. The program brought 5 students to Istanbul, Izmir and Ankara. Read more.

The Yale Globalist, a quarterly magazine of Yale University, received a 2,000 USD grant from TCA for a two-week trip to Turkey for its undergraduate journalism students. Read more.
